Slow Roast  Leg of Lamb

We tried this recipe. The lamb was succulent and perfect!

– Lamb - Garlic   – Onion  – Rosemary sprigs – Salt and pepper – Olive oil – Beef broth – Water

Preheat oven to 335°F. In a roasting pan, place garlic, onion and rosemary.

Place the lamb on top of the garlic,  onion and rosemary. Season the lamb. Then, Drizzle olive oil over the lamb leg.

Pour broth and water around the lamb. Cover with foil.

Place the roasting pan in the oven and  roast for about 4 - 4.5 hours. Then, remove foil.

Roast for more 45 minutes. Remove from the oven, pour some pan juices over the lamb leg before serving.
