What you need:
STEP 1
In a large salad bowl, add cucumber, red onions, bell pepper, avocado, drained tuna and chives.
STEP 2
In a mason jar, pour the freshly squeezed lemon juice, olive oil and salt and black pepper. Whisk everything together until combined.
STEP 3
Pour the dressing over the salad.
STEP 4
Toss to combine everything together.
