– Chicken breasts – Breadcrumbs – Grated Parmesan cheese – Garlic powder – Black pepper and salt – Large egg – Mozzarella – Tomato sauce – Basil  – Olive oil

In  a bowl, add Italian breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic  powder, salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients.

In a separate and small bowl, whisk one egg. Dip one piece of chicken into the  egg.

Then dip the chicken into the breadcrumbs.

Place breaded chicken on the baking sheet and repeat.

Bake for 20 mins. Spoon 1 tbsp of sauce over each piece of chicken and top with a slice of mozzarella.

Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted.
