Chicken Thighs with Potatoes

I made this chicken. It was so easy, quick and delicious! 

– Chicken thighs – Baby potatoes  – Olive oil, balsamic vinegar – Garlic cloves  – Paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, coriander – Salt and black pepper  – Parsley

Dry the chicken thighs and potatoes with a paper towel and place on a casserole.

In a bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic  vinegar, garlic, paprika, onion powder, cumin, coriander, salt, and  pepper.

Drizzle the marinade over the chicken in the baking dish.

Add the potatoes and use your hands to  evenly coat the chicken and potatoes with the sauce. Position the  potatoes around or between the chicken.

Bake uncovered for 50-60 minutes until the potatoes are fork tender and the chicken is cooked through.

Broil for an additional 3-5 minutes to achieve an even crispier chicken skin.
