Easy Deviled Eggs Recipe

You only need a handful of ingredients to make it and the ingredients are kitchen staples, so you probably have them on hand!

– eggs – mayo – Dijon mustard – apple cider vinegar – salt and black pepper – paprika - for garnish

What you need:

STEP 1

 Place eggs in a pot and cover with water. Cover the pot and bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and leave covered for 12-15 minutes.

STEP 2

Fill a large bowl with ice water. If you prefer, add some ice in it. Set aside. Remove the eggs from the hot water and place in the bowl with cold water.

STEP 3

When the eggs are cool, peel and slice them in half lengthwise. Gently scoop out the center yolk and place them in a small bowl. 

STEP 4

Mash yolks with a fork and add mayo, apple cider vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix all together. 

STEP 5

Using a spoon or a small cookie scoop or a piping bag, add a portion of the deviled egg mixture back into the hole of each egg white.
