Garlic Herb Butter Roast Chicken

Nothing beats a juicy chicken and this perfectly tender and juicy roasted chicken is definitely the best of the best.

Amazing recipe:

– whole chicken – butter – Salt and black pepper – lemon juice – garlic cloves – fresh herbs – lemon – carrot – celery stalks – dry white wine

What you need:

STEP 1

In a small bowl, add melted butter, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, parsley and rosemary. Mix all together.

STEP 2

Place chicken in a roasting pan and use a spoon to loosen skin from chicken.

STEP 3

Put the chicken upright and drizzle half of the butter mixture under skin and then place the chicken horizontally.

STEP 4

Drizzle the remaining butter mixture all over the surface of the chicken.

STEP 5

Stuff used lemon wedges and rosemary inside chicken.

STEP 6

Tie drumstick ends with string.

STEP 7

Place carrot, garlic and celery in the pan and then place chicken on top. 

STEP 8

Pour wine around the pan. Place it in the oven and roast for 1h and 10 minutes.
