Garlic Shrimp and Veggies

– butter – olive oil – shrimp – salt and black pepper – Italian seasoning – garlic clove – bell pepper – red onion – zucchinis – fresh parsley for garnishing

What you need:

STEP 1

Add butter and olive oil in a skillet. Then add shrimp and season well. Cook for 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Set shrimp aside.

STEP 2

Add more olive oil in the skillet and sauté bell pepper, onions, zucchini and season well. Cook for 3-5 minutes. 

STEP 3

Bring shrimp back to the skillet. Stir everything well to combine.

STEP 4

Now add butter, garlic and thyme to the skillet. Flip the steaks again and tilt the pan to help the butter spread on the skillet.

Place an even amount of shrimp and veggies into 4 glass containers. Cover with the lid, and place in the fridge for up 4 days.
