Place the scallops on a cutting board and pat them dry with paper towels. Season them.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Let it heat up for about 2 minutes.

Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove the scallops from the pan and serve. Enjoy!
