This Whole30 Creamy Avocado Sauce is very delicious and a great healthy alternative to creamy dairy sauces or even mayo-base dressings. It’s very good on top of salads, roasted veggies, veggie noodles, fishes and chicken too. It’s also paleo, low-carb and gluten-free.
In a food processor, add all the ingredients and process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning. Use this sauce on top of salads, roasted veggies, fish, chicken and veggie noodles. Enjoy!
Notes
You can use a blender instead of a food processor if you do not have a food processor.
If you do not have parsley, you can use any fresh herbs such as cilantro or basil. The flavor will change a bit but it'll still be tasty.
To store: Store in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. Use as soon as possible as the avocado will brown.
