Tomato Basil Bisque soup with bacon, sautéed garlic and green onions

  • 1 slice bacon — finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic — chopped
  • ½ teaspoon green onions — chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sour cream
  • Campbell's Everyday Gourmet Tomato Basil Bique


  1. Add bacon over medium heat in saucepan and cook it until crisp, about three minutes. Set aside on a paper-towel lined plate.
  2. Remove the rendered fat from the saucepan, reserving about 1 teaspoon in the pan.
  3. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
  4. Be careful to not burn. Set aside.
  5. Add green onions and sauté for about 15-30 seconds.
  6. In a soup bowl add the Campbell’s® Everyday Gourmet Tomato Basil Bisque.
  7. Heat, covered in a microwavable bowl for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes.
  8. Then garnish the soup with sour cream and sprinkle the sauté green onions, garlic and bacon bites. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
