Parmesan Garlic Grilled Corn

This Parmesan Garlic Grilled Corn is juicy, tender, super flavourful and easy to make. Enjoy this favourite summer side dish!

  • 4 ears fresh corn
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic — grated or minced
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley


  1. Preheat grill to 350-400F.
  2. Remove all the husks and silks from the corn.
  3. In a small bowl, add butter and melt it in the microwave for 10-15minutes (It will depend on the microwave power).
  4. Add garlic and mix well to combine the two ingredients.
  5. Place corns on preheated grill and cook them for 15-20minutes or until they are bright yellow.
  6. Remove the corns from the grill and place them on a plate.
  7. Brush garlic butter mixture over corn.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
