Fire up the grill and make this easy, quick and flavourful Pesto Grilled Shrimp.

— peeled (I also added 7 scallops too - but it is fine if you don't have it)
Salt and pepper
In a large bowl, marinate the shrimp in the pesto for 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
Skewer the shrimp and grill over medium-high heat until the shrimp is pink. It is about 2-3 minutes per side.
Before serving, toss the shrimp with the rest of the pesto.
