  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds


  1. Combine all ingredients; blend on high until perfectly smooth and frothy.
