This Roasted Green Beans with Garlic Panko is a gluten free, low-carb and high fiber vegetable side dish. It is crunchy, crispy and very flavourful!

Garlic Panko Crumbs

For the Roasted Green Beans

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Place a jellyroll pan in oven for 10 minutes.
  3. In a medium bowl, place green beans and all the ingredients.

  4. Mix well everything together.
  5. Arrange green bean mixture in a single layer on preheated baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Set aside.

For the Garlic Panko Crumbs

  1. In a skillet, heat olive over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic, panko crumbs and walnuts. Sauté until until lightly toasted.
  3. Season with salt and fresh ground pepper. Set aside.
  4. When it is time to serve you just need to transfer the roasted green beans to a serving dish and top with garlic panko crumbs.
