Air Fryer Shrimp

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Pat dry shrimp with paper towels.

  • Add shrimp in a bowl/plate. Then, Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix all well to combine.

  • Place shrimp in the basket of your air fryer in a single layer. Cook 5-7 minutes, until pink and cooked throughout. Time may vary between air fryers.

  • Before serving, squeeze of fresh lemon juice on top of the shrimp. Enjoy!

Notes

  • There is no need to flip the shrimp inside of the air fryer.
  • Shrimp is easy to overcook, they are done once they've reached 120°F. Use an internal thermometer to check the internal temperature.
  • Make sure the shrimp is patted dry before you start preparing them, so they don't steam.
  • To store: Put leftovers into an airtight glass container and keep them in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • To reheat: Rewarm leftover shrimp in the microwave or on the air fryer. 
  • To freeze: Freeze cooked shrimp in a freezer-safe bag once the shrimps have reached room temperature. Freeze for up to 3 months.
