Cheesy, crunchy and buttery garlic bread is the best thing to serve with just about any meal! It’s super versatile, packed with mouthwatering flavor and really easy to make. Whip it up with just six ingredients in about ten minutes for the perfect, easy side.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare the baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil.
Slice the baguette in half lengthwise. Then, place the halves on the prepared baking sheet, and spread garlic butter on the cut sides.
Bake, cut-side-up, for 6-8 minutes, then broil for 2 to 3 minutes, until the bread is golden brown around the edges.
Sprinkle with the Parmesan, sea salt, parsley, and red pepper flakes, to spice things up. Slice, and serve hot.

Notes
Use a sharp knife to cut your baguette, this will make it easier to create even halves.
You don't have to line your baking sheet with foil, but it makes cleanup faster.
For softer garlic bread, butter halves and bake them sandwiched together, rather than open face. Adjust/increase bake time if necessary.
Be cautious when broiling garlic bread as it can easily burn.
To Store: Allow leftovers to cool and place them in an airtight container. Refrigerate for 3-5 days.
To freeze: Package extra bread tightly in plastic wrap and then place in a Ziploc bag. Freeze for 4-6 months.
To reheat: you can microwave leftovers, but I prefer using the oven, toaster oven or air fryer (to avoid sogginess). Simply preheat to 350°F and bake or air fry until warmed through.
