Air Fryer Pork Chops

Air fryer pork chops are juicy, delicious and made in just 14 minutes! That’s right, you can get dinner on the table that fast. Plus, you’ll only need seven simple ingredients for this recipe and it’s a very versatile main course that pairs nicely with almost any side.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, add paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  • Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel and brush both sides with olive oil.
  • Then, coat the pork chops on both sides with the spice mixture.
  • Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Once pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C), they are done. Use a meat thermometer to measure the internal temperature, and note that cooking time will depend on the thickness of the pork chops.
  • Once done, remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving with a delicious green salad.

Notes

  • Feel free to experiment with different spices.
  • I highly recommend using a meat thermometer for this recipe.
  • Rest time is important and helps keep pork chops juicy! 
  • To Store: Place cooled leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for 3-4 days.
  • To Freeze: Cloak tightly in plastic wrap and then place in a Ziploc bag to help protect from freezer burn.
  • To Reheat: Thaw leftovers in the refrigerator overnight (if reheating from frozen). Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F until warmed through. You can also reheat in the oven or in a skillet on the stovetop with a bit of olive oil.
