These Air Fryer Lamb chops are juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked every time! They only require a few simple ingredients, and they’re ready in less than 10 minutes!
In a bowl, combine lamb chops, olive oil, red wine vinegar, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Rub the marinade into the meat and cover and chill for 1 hour in the fridge.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Add lamb chops to the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for more 4 minutes or until lamb chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F for medium-well. Enjoy!
Notes
Pat the chops dry with a paper towel before seasoning them to absorb excess moisture.
Purchase lamb chops that are similar in size and thickness, so they cook evenly.
Be careful not to overcrowd the air fryer. Arrange the chops in an even, single layer.
Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the lamb for 145°F.
To Store: Place leftovers in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for 3-4 days.
To Freeze: Wrap each chop tightly in plastic wrap, and then store in a freezer-safe bag or container for 2-3 months.
To Reheat: Reheat leftovers in the air fryer or oven at 350°F, or on the stovetop until heated through.
