Enjoy this Easy Mediterranean Chopped Salad made with red onions, black olives, lettuces, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and light lemon dressing!

  • 4-6 cups lettuces — chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes — cut in half
  • ½ medium red onions —  diced
  • 1 cup cucumber — chopped
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives
  • ¼ cup feta cheese — chopped
  • fresh parsley — chopped



  1. In a large salad bowl, add all the ingredients for the salad.

  2. In a mason jar, pour the freshly squeezed lemon juice and olive oil. Add salt, pepper, garlic and whisk everything together. Continue to whisk while streaming in the olive oil. Taste to check the seasoning.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
  4. Top with feta cheese and parsley. Enjoy!
