  • In a food processor, add all the ingredients and process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning. Use this sauce on top of salads, roasted veggies, fish, chicken and veggie noodles. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use a blender instead of a food processor if you do not have a food processor. 
  • If you do not have parsley, you can use any fresh herbs such as cilantro or basil. The flavor will change a bit but it'll still be tasty.
  • To store: Store in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. Use as soon as possible as the avocado will brown.
