  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 1/2 cup pineapple diced
  • 1 large banana
  • 4 leaves of mint
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 2 cups  coconut milk (more or less depending how thick you like your smoothie)

Instructions

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients listed above and puree for about 30 seconds.
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy
