  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together eggs, almond milk, coconut oil, and sugar for about 3 minutes.

  2. Then add the coconut flour, baking powder, cacao powder, and vanilla extract. Stir well until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into two mediums mugs or microwave safe containers.
  4. Microwave for 3-5 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave and the thickness of the mug.
  5. Allow them to cool down for 2 minutes before serving.
