  1. In a bowl, mash the avocados.
  2. Add the lime juice, salt and black pepper. Stir well.
  3. Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic.
  4. Stir in cayenne pepper.
  5. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately with baked tortilla chips.
