In a glass or mason jar, place half of the yogurt at the bottom of the glass. Then, add half of the berries and half of the granola. Cover them with the rest of the yogurt and top it off with the rest of the berries and granola.
If you desire, drizzle honey or maple on top of the parfait and garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
Notes
I love how beautiful the layers of fruits and yogurts look, so make sure to use clear glasses so everyone can admire the layers.
Feel free to swap the yogurt to another flavour like coconut yogurt.
If you're worried about the granola being soggy, save them for the top layer.
To store: It's best to eat this parfait right away. However, you can keep this covered in the fridge for 1 to 2 days. The layers may mix together as it sits in the fridge.
