  • 2 green apples — halved and quartered
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 cucumber — pealed
  • 6 romaine leaves
  • 5 kale leaves
  • 1 lemon — peeled


  1. Wash all the ingredients and pass them through a powerful juicer. It's as simple as that!

  2. Serve immediately with ice if you wish.
