Air fryer  Potato Wedges

– Russet potatoes – Olive oil – Paprika – Garlic powder – Oregano – Salt – Black pepper – Fresh parsley

In a bowl, add cold water and soak wedges for 30 minutes. Drain  very well and pat them dry with paper towels.

Place potatoes in a large bowl and toss potatoes with oil and seasonings.

Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 mins. Shake the basket and cook for 10-12 mins more.

Transfer cooked wedges to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh parsley.
