Almond Butter Cookies Recipe

– Rolled oats – Baking soda – Almond butter – Natural sweetener xylitol – Eggs – Vanilla extract – Sugar-free chocolate chips

In bowl add the oats and baking soda and mix well.

In another bowl, whisk almond butter, xylitol, eggs and vanilla.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well. Then add the chocolate chips.

Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the batter onto  the tray.

Then flatten the top of the cookie with two fingers. Add extra chocolate chips on the top of the cookies.

Bake for 9-11 minutes and let them cool completely to remove from the baking sheet.
