STEP 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a skillet, add olive oil. Add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Sear until golden for about 3 minutes per side.

STEP 2

In the same skillet, add garlic, thyme, and crushed red pepper flakes and let cook until fragrant for about 1 minute.

STEP 3

Add chicken broth, heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan and season with a little bit of salt.

STEP 4

Bring to a simmer, then return chicken to skillet and place the skillet in the over. Bake for 15-20 mins.
