Grilled Chicken Salad

– chicken breasts – hot sauce – Salt and black pepper – lettuce  –cucumber  – avocado – red onions - lemon juice – olive oil – A pinch of red crushed pepper

What you need:

STEP 1

Season chicken with hot sauce, salt and pepper. Place it on a greased grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.

STEP 2

In a mason jar, pour the freshly squeezed lemon juice and olive oil. Add salt and pepper and red crushed pepper. Whisk everything together.

STEP 3

In a large salad bowl, add first the lettuce, and then top it with cucumber, red onions and avocado. Pour the dressing over the salad.
