Healthy Meatloaf Recipe

This turned out so good! I can’t believe how moist and flavorful it was. My husband wasn’t sure about it, but he was pleasantly surprised.

– olive oil – white onion – dried thyme leaves – salt and black pepper – Worcestershire sauce – chicken broth – tomato paste – ground beef – bread crumbs  – 2 eggs – ketchup

What you need:

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 325 F. In a skillet, heat olive oil, add the onions, thyme, salt, and pepper and cook for about 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally.

STEP 2

Remove the skillet from the heat and add the Worcestershire sauce, chicken stock, and tomato paste. Mix everything together very well.

STEP 3

In a large bowls, add ground beef, sautéed onion mixture, breadcrumbs and egg. Mix all well using a fork.

STEP 4

Transfer the meatloaf into a loaf pancovered with parchment paper.

STEP 5

Spread sugar-free ketchup on top of meatloaf. Bake for about 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
