Let's make this delicious Keto Instant Pot Carnitas

In a large measuring cup, add the chicken broth, lime and all the spices together.

Place the pork shoulder, onions, bay leaves & garlic in the Instant Pot. Pour over the broth mixture. Cook for 20 m at high pressure. 

Remove them from the Instant Pot and transfer to a foil-lined baking sheet, discard the bay leaves and ladle some of the sauce on top. Broil the meat for 10mins, stirring the pork after 5 minutes.
