Shrimp and Sausage Vegetable Skillet

– olive oil – garlic – raw shrimp  – salt and black pepper – crushed red pepper  – onion powder, paprika – smoked sausage  – red bell pepper – asparagus – zucchini – vegetable broth

What you need:

STEP 1

In a bowl, add shrimp, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, onion powder and paprika. Mix everything well., salt and pepper. 

STEP 2

In a skillet olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add shrimp and sauté for about 4 mins. Set aside.

STEP 3

In the same skillet smoked sausage and cook for 3-5 minutes. Set aside.

STEP 4

Add olive oil, all the veggies and vegetable broth. Reduce the heat to low-medium, close the skillet and cook for 2 minutes.

STEP 4

Return shrimp and sausage back to the skillet and mix everything well to combine.
