Shrimp Avocado Cucumber Salad

– butter & olive oil
– Salt and black pepper
– red onions
– bell pepper
– parsley, lemon juice

This salad takes about 15 minutes to be ready!
Follow our easy-to-follow instructions to ensure success!
Using paper towels, pat dry shrimp.
In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil. Add shrimp, salt and pepper. Cook for about 1-2 minutes each side.
In a large salad bowl, add cucumber, red onions, bell pepper, avocado and shrimp.
In a jar, pour the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and black pepper. Whisk everything together until combined.
Taste to check the seasoning and pour over the salad. Toss to combine.
Place the salad in a beautiful serving dish and enjoy!!!
