  • Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 3–5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, turmeric, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  • Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden, crispy on the edges, and tender inside.

Notes
