Garlic Butter Cod Fish Recipe - (Ready in 15 Minutes)

If you're looking for the best cod fish recipe for busy weeknights, this is it. My garlic butter pan-fried cod is on the table in just 15 minutes, and it never fails to impress. I grew up eating cod fish in Brazil, where it's a staple thanks to Portuguese culinary influence. They brought it over, and we embraced it wholeheartedly. That love for simple, flavorful cod has followed me into my own kitchen, and this recipe is my go-to every single time.

Notes

Storage - I like to keep the leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheating - I recommend to heat in the microwave or on the stove until the cod fish is warmed through. You may need to add a splash of water or more butter for added moisture.
Freezer - I like to transfer the cod into an airtight freezer safe bag or container and freeze for up to a month. Because cod fish can be delicate, you should use a container to keep it from getting squished while it freezes.
