  • 2 cups peach — pealed and chopped
  • 1 cup red onion — chopped
  • ½ cup red bell pepper — chopped
  • 1/4 cup jalapeno — without seeds and chopped
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro — chopped (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper — optional


  1. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and toss well to combine.
  2. Serve immediately or keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
