- 2 cups peach chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion chopped
- 1 small red bell pepper seeded and chopped
- 1 jalapeño seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons cilantro or parsley chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and toss well to combine.
Serve immediately or keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
