– Zucchini – Olive oil – Dried Italian seasoning – Dried minced onions – Salt and ground black pepper –Cream cheese  – Half-half cream – Mozzarella and parmesan cheese  – Parsley

Combine zucchini slices, olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced onion, salt and pepper in a bowl.

In a bowl add cream cheese, half-half cream, salt and ground black pepper. Mix well until combine and set aside.

Place zucchini in stacks in a baking dish. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the zucchini & sprinkle mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven  and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to the  oven and broil for 2-3 minutes
