  • 1 apple — cored with peel left on
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon maple Syrup — optional
  • ½ cup coconut milk from the cartoon
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • A pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients listed below and puree for about 30 seconds.
  2. Taste to adjust flavor and serve immediately.
