  1. Preheat oven to 440 F degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, maple syrup, salt and pepper.

  4. Pour over salmon.
  5. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Garnish with lemon and chives.
