Air fryer Potato Wedges
Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, these Air Fryer Potato Wedges are always a hit with the family. They are so crispy without having to deep fry them at all! All you need are a few simple ingredients and you’ll have crispy potato wedges in only a few simple steps.

In a large bowl, add cold water and soak wedges for 30 minutes. Drain thoroughly and pat them dry with paper towels or a kitchen towel.
Place potatoes in a large bowl and toss potatoes with oil and seasonings.
Preheat the Air Fryer if your model recommends it. Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes at 400F. Shake the basket and then, cook for 10-12 minutes more or until crisp.
Transfer cooked wedges to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
- Feel free to peel or leave the potatoes unpeeled for these wedges.
- Avoid stacking the wedges in the air fryer as they will not crisp up as well as they'll steam.
- Try to cut the potatoes as evenly as possible. If you have smaller pieces, you should pull them out as they finish cooking.
