1 medium avocado peeled and pitted 1 cup spinach 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk 1 scoop of sugar-free vanilla protein powder I really recommend this one (It's my favorite and tastes really good) 1 tbsp peanut butter powder I really love and recommend this one from Naked . 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice 4 ice cubes optional Some mint leaves
You can use frozen avocado instead of fresh avocado.
The ice cubes will help the smoothie thicken. Skip them if you want the smoothie to be thinner.
