Summer Fruit Salad Recipe
This Summer Fruit Salad is the perfect fresh and delicious summer treat or snack for you. It's made with blueberries, mango, kiwi, grapes, and fresh orange juice.

- 2 cup red grape
- 1 cup blueberries
- 3 cup strawberry chopped
- 1 cup mango chopped
- 5 kiwi sliced or chopped
For the dressing
- 1/4 cup fresh squeeze orange juice
- 1 fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey optional
- Fresh mint chopped
- 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
Combine all the fruits in a large bowl. Mix everything together until combine. In a small mason jar, add all the ingredients for the dressing. Mix all together. pour on top of the salad.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Just before serving, add some fruit salad in a glass.
Top with 1 tbsp of Greek Yogurt, one cherry and garnish with mint.
- Use fresh fruit as frozen fruit will become mushy and soft as it thaws.
- Giving the fruit salad time to chill will let the flavors come together better.
- Make sure you wash and dry the fruit beforehand. Pat them dry with a paper towel after washing so you don't end up with a pool of water at the bottom of the cup.
- To store: Keep extra fruit salad in the fridge in an airtight container.
