Today, I’ve brought you the best and most flavorful Low-card Veggie Noodle Recipes around the internet to make your life easier and all in one place!
I selected the best and most creative veggies noodle recipes around the web for you. This is such a fun way to get your daily dose of vegetables. Why not turn your favorite vegetables into noodles, right? I bet if you try one of these recipes, you won’t miss a real pasta since all these dishes are very satisfying and healthy too. These veggies noodle recipes are also low-carb, (mostly) paleo, gluten-free, and full of flavor.
What I use to make veggies noodles
Here are the three tools I’ve been using to make my vegetable noodles. They are super helpful and make healthy low-carb noodles in seconds.
1. Paderno Vegetable Spiral Slicer – This is my favorite tool to make the curly veggie noodles or pasta. In my opinion, this is the best handy tool to create long and curly vegetable and fruit strands (spiral). It also has three blades, which are very useful: chipper blade (for big holes), shedder blade (for small holes) and the straight blade.
Where to get it – You can find it on Amazon and read the reviews about this product which is definitely the top industry spiralizer.
2. OXO Good Grips Julienne Peeler – I love my julienne peeler because it is also great for making the noodles, but it doesn’t make the curly ones. You can quickly and safely make noodles or julienne strips out of firm fruits and vegetables such as zucchini, carrots, potatoes, apples, peaches, and so on. On top of that, it is very small and so easy to store.
Where to get it – You can also find it on Amazon and read the reviews, but this product can be easily found at specialty food and kitchen stores too.
3. Oxo Good Grips Mandoline Slicer – To be honest with you, I don’t own this mandolin but I have my eyes on this because I’ve been reading excellent reviews about this one. This is another tool you can have to make veggie noodles, but it doesn’t make the curly look either. However, the best part of this tool is that you can make straight slices, crinkle cuts, and French fries.
Where to get it – You can also find it on Amazon and read before the reviews to take your decision.
